Morning Coffee: A Heart-Healthy Habit, New Study Finds

Recent research highlights that the timing of coffee consumption could be as important as the amount you drink for heart health.

A study involving over 40,000 participants revealed that those who drank coffee in the morning had a significantly lower risk of heart disease and overall mortality.

In contrast, consuming coffee throughout the day did not offer the same benefits.

Researchers believe that morning coffee aligns better with the body’s natural rhythms, while drinking it later may disrupt sleep and circadian cycles.
