Return and Refund Policy

Please review the below policies related to Refunds and Returns on the Neulife Website. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product, which has to be made. 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an Order is shipped, it can be applied for Returns/ Exchange/ Refund only.  

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 10 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging.
• The Goods should be seal intact, NOT broken.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The Goods which are purchased more than 10 days ago.
• The Goods which are not in original packaging.
• The Goods which are unsealed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
