Search and Browse for Items
If you're looking for a specific item, enter the first few letters of the product name or brand in the search bar on the top of your screen while browsing and we'll show you all the matching results. Try being as specific as possible.

About the Shopping Cart
Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click “Place your Order” and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received our order.
You can modify an item in your Shopping Cart:
To change the quantity, enter a number in the Quantity box and click Update.
Note: We strive to provide customers with great prices, and sometimes that means we limit quantity to ensure that the majority of customers have an opportunity to order products that have very low prices or a limited supply. We may also adjust your quantity in the checkout process to reflect your recent purchases of a quantity-limited item.

To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, click Delete.

To wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Shopping Cart, click “Save for later”. This will move the item to your “Saved for Later” list located below the Shopping Cart. Click “Move to Cart” next to an item when you are ready to purchase it.

• Order Cycle
Approval: Payment has been successfully made.
Processing: Currently, the order is being processed and the payment made is being verified.
Shipping: Order has been shipped and is expected to reach you with the given delivery date.
Delivery: Order has been delivered.

• Check Order status
In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders or track my order in customer service/help desk tab

• Cancel order
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

• Change of delivery address
If the order has been shipped it will not be possible to change the delivery address. If the delivery status is “Processing” we request you to place a call to 022 4073 2222 for further assistance.

• I haven't received any SMS/e-mail confirmation about the order I just placed on Neulife. What should I do?
We request you to call the Contact Centre 022 4073 2222 and we will look into it immediately and get back to you with the confirmation.

• Can I buy more than one product on the go?
Yes, you can. As you click the “Buy” button on a product page, it gets added to your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you want and then pay for the entire order in one go.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Item Availability
    A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock", or "Pre-Order". Most items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date. For more information, please read the details below.

Pre orders
A product that is on pre-order status will ship as soon as it becomes available. Please keep in mind that the arrival date is an estimated time frame and is subject to change. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships.

In-Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed .Any in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

  • Shipping Methods & Cost
    At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. 
    Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order .You will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery.  If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays.
  • Shipping rules and Restriction
    Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays.
  • International shipping
    We currently ship within India only.
  • Tracking your order
    Orders can be tracked using Order no which will be provided via email or SMS after the order has been processed or shipped. In case you are unable to trace your order or you haven’t received an SMS or email, please call us on 022 4073 2222.
  • What are shipping charges on Neulife?
    We deliver an order free of cost at your doorstep for all orders above Rs 999. We bear all the Octroi/sales tax and there is no additional shipping charge that you have to pay at the time of the delivery However, if you order amount is less than Rs 999, a minimal shipping charge of Rs 50 is applicable.
    Note: Certain additional procedures like state-wise taxes may apply to your order depending upon your order type, the utility of your order, the order size and the state/region the order is being delivered to.
  • How long does my order take to ship?
  • The duration of dispatching an order depends on the type of order you have placed. Types of order are In-stock items. These items are dispatched the same or the next day of order placement.
  • It takes 2-7 business days to dispatch the orders after you have placed an order. We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case you have placed a mixed order of in-stock & pre-order items, we sub-divide your order and dispatch it in parts, shipping the earliest available items first.
  • At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over phone, email and SMS to keep you updated.
  • Why dispatches of heavy products take more than the expected time?
    At certain times waybill/road permit is required for heavy products transferred from one state to another so, if you don't fall under this, consider yourself lucky!!

Returns and Exchanges

  • 7 Days Returns Policy*
    Neulife gives you the option to replace or return the products bought on Neulife.com within 7 days of the receipt of the order. 
    If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery.We will either replace the product, exchange or issue a credit note if the product requested is out stock
  • When Returns& Exchanges are not possible.
    There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges
  • Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
  • For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor before buying.
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Improper storage of product. (As instructed on the product label)
  • What do I do if the product received Not as described
    After opening the product if the product is not as described, we request you to call 022-40732222 immediately for assistance. You will be requested to share images. On approval, you need to ship the product to our warehouse. You will have to bear the shipping charges for the same. If the product received by you is not up to Neulife standards you will receive a replacement or exchange for the same.
  • I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
    You can contact us on 022-40732222 to or login in to “My Orders” to initiate a return.

  • Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Neulife?
    There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Neulife. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive.
    The  price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
  • What is cash on delivery
    If you are not comfortable making an online Payment on Neulife.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C0D) Payment method instead. With C-0-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance Payment online.
    The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (C0D) Payment is Rs 20,000.It is strictly a cash-only Payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for (C0D) orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a (COD) Payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.

COD unavailable
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, the COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

  • Credit cards or Debit card

Credit card
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

Debit card

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Money deducted from card
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details or call us on 02240732222

Payment fails
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring that the information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking). Make surey our Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on customercare@neulife.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

  • Net banking
    You can also use your Net banking account to pay for your Neulife order.

Bulk Purchases

  • We at Neulife encourage customers to purchase more to avail higher discounts. If you want to purchase a single item or multiple items you can write into customercare@neulife.com  and the concerned team will get in touch with you shortly.
    Please ensure that the Subject of the email is Bulk Purchases and value of the order exceeds Rs 50,000

  • What is a promo code?
    To give the best deals, Neulife at times issue promo coupons .It’s a simple code to get higher rate of discounts.
  • Can I club two coupons in one purchase?
    Two coupons cannot be applied at the same time. In general our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • How to use a promo coupon?
    Once the product is been added to the shopping cart, the order summary page you need to enter the promo code and then click on apply discount
  • What is the validity period for Coupons?

  • When does the product I purchased expire?
    All products have expiration or manufacture dates printed on their products.
  • How do I find out if a particular product is compatible with my medication?

  • What does the Nutrition Facts label mean?

  • 1. Serving Size
    This section indicates the size of a single serving of the product. This number is very important because all of the nutrition information on the label is based on one serving of the product.

    2. Serving per Container
    This section shows how many servings are in the package. Please note that a package of food often contains more than one serving.

    3. Amount per Serving
    All of the nutrition information in this column is based on one serving of the product. If you eat two servings, you are getting two times the calories, nutrients and so on.

    4. Percent (%) Daily Values
    This section tells you how the nutrients in one serving of the product contribute to your total daily diet. Use it to "balance" your day by choosing foods that are high in the nutrients you need more of and low in the nutrients you don't need. 
    Daily Values are based on a 2,000-calorie diet. However, your nutritional needs may vary depending on your calorie needs.

    5. Calories and Calories from Fat
    The calories listed on the label are for one serving of the product. 
    Calories from Fat show how many fat calories there are in one serving. Remember -- a product that's fat-free isn't necessarily calorie-free. 

    6. Total Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium
    This section indicates the amount of each contained in one serving. It's recommended to keep these percentages as low as possible each day.

    7. Total Carbohydrates, Protein and Vitamins
    This section indicates the amount of each contained in one serving.

    Creating an account is quick and easy.     View, edit, email my Wish list is a feature that enables customers to quickly view, edit and email the favorites.

    • How do I change my password?
      You can change your password by entering the current password, the new password, and confirm new password on the Change Login Details page.

  • What do I do if I forget my password?
    With the amount of passwords everyone is required to remember, it's easy to forget one every now and then, especially when all of them have different rules you have to follow. If you can't remember your account password, we can send you an email to verify your username and provide step-by-step instructions on how to reset your password. To request an email, please visit our password recovery page, enter your email address, and then click the "Request Username/Password Now" button. Within a few minutes, a password recovery email should arrive in your inbox that includes the username associated with the provided email address and quick instructions on how to reset your password. If for some reason you don't receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk email folders, as sometimes it can be recognized by certain email services as junk mail.

  • How do I change my name, email &password
    In order to change the current user name, you should enter the new username and then confirm it again by entering it in the respective fields shown. You will also need to enter the current password to verify the change.
    There is also a Help Topic section that has notes about ‘How to Change to Login Details’ and the reasoning behind asking you to enter a valid email address.

  • Search Order
    Search Orders’ is a feature that enables you to quickly find the orders placed with the web store. On the Search Orders page one or more criteria should be filled out by the customer to perform the quick search.
    To search for a particular order, enter the order number and can click on ‘Submit’ button. This will redirect you to the Details page of that particular order if the order number exists within the web store.
    To view orders placed during a specific period of time, you must enter “From” and “To” period against the Order Date field.
    Searching orders by entering Payment Reference and/or saved credit card is also available in this page.



  • Purchase History
    From this section, you can look at the list of items purchased at a recent point of time. This offers you a quick way to repurchase the merchandize without having to browse through the catalog section.


 
  • Order History
    It is a feature that enables you to quickly find the orders placed in last few days. It also shows the record per page
    Show order in last feature enables you to view the orders in last 7/30 days, 6 months, 1 year and more than 1 year.
    Order status feature enables you to view the orders by ‘Order status’ (All, Ready, on hold, being processed, completed and cancelled).
    You need to select the appropriate value in the dropdown and then click on ‘Go’.Clicking on Order# will take you to the Order Detail page.


 
  • Quick order Entry
    For business customers, the Quick Order Entry link in the My Account section enables them to add item(s) to their cart with the least number of clicks.  
    The lookup button to select an item displays for every order line. There is also a Quantity field for each order line.From Quick Order Entry screen, items can be added to cart and you can proceed to the normal check out process. 
    You can also add an item by entering item# and then press tab out.There is a section in which you can see ‘summary of charges and apply coupon’ details.

 

 You can create a Quick Order list by clicking on ‘Create new List button. It will open a new window where you needs to enter the List name, item# followed by (,) and then quantity for that item. Clicking on ‘Save’ button will save the Quick Order list.

 

You can transfer all the items present in Quick Order list to your cart by clicking on the highlighted buttons below.

 

 

  • Pending Shopping Carts
    Pending shopping carts will show a list of pending items available in cart.
    You can fetch pending items present in your cart by applying filters like “Last 7 days” or “Last 30 Days”.
    You can add items into cart by clicking on Add to cart button


 
  • Invoice History
    You can view the list of invoices in next 30 days, due in future, created in last 7/30/60 days and in past.
    You can search for their invoices from My Invoices pageYou can also search invoices by entering search parameter under ‘more search criteria’ and clicking on Submit button. Results will be shown based on the  entry.


 
  • Credit card details
    My Credit cards’ page lists all of your saved credit cards. You can edit your credit card by clicking on the ‘edit’ button and also can delete them by clicking on ‘delete’ button
    You can also add a new credit card by clicking on ‘Add New Credit Card’ button.


 
  • Preferences
    You can view the recently viewed products on the catalog pages on website after login. You can change this setting from Preferenceà’Your recent history’.
    You will receive an email confirmation while they perform any account activity like changing the password, placing order, stock watch updates etc. You can manage these email preferences from the ‘email preferences’ section.For editable checkboxes, you can choose to receive emails by checking the checkbox beside the preference. If an email preference checkbox is enabled but not active for you to edit, this means that the email will be sent to you without you   having to enable it.

 

From this section, you can also set ‘Preferred Payment Method’.

 



Add Address
Clicking on ‘Add New Address’ button will redirect to Add / Edit Address page.
The newly included address can be set as the Primary Address by selecting the check box available next to ‘Set as Primary Address’ field.
Address name for the newly created address is automatically generated by the system, but can also be changed by you by editing the same.
 
  • Newsletter Subscription
    You can subscribe or unsubscribe any email address to receive the web store newsletter and marketing emails.
